I got a new credit card, same account number. How do I edit the expiration date?
Delete your current card on file first. Then, run a payment and check the box that says "save card on file". This will update your card information
I noticed the bank name on a transaction does not match the name of my bank, why is that?
Banks are regularly going through mergers. We check and validate the routing numbers and periodically update against known databases. As long as the routing number is correct all will be ok.
How can I see my previous payments?
Your previous payments will be listed on the main dashboard when you login to TransacCare.
Who do I contact if the payee hasn't credited my payment?
Please contact the healthcare facility of the patient the payment was made for.
What are my Payments Options?
Checking Account, Visa, MasterCard Credit or Debit Card, American Express, and Discover.

Can I change my current log in password?
Go to the Login page and click on the Recover Password link. Follow the instructions on the page to reset your password.

Credit cards get declined for various reasons, everything from fraud to suspicious activity. Please contact your financial institution for specific details on why the transaction was declined.
